GARDEN CENTRE SHOP MANAGER
SALARY: Negotiable, depending on experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a horticultural background to join our team as Shop Manager, reporting to the Centre Manager. You will be buying and merchandising a wide range of garden centre shop stock, supervising and motivating the team of shop staff, and will see customer service as your main priority. A good knowledge of horticultural sundries, chemicals and garden furniture would be an advantage.

This is a full-time role working alternate weekends, and offers good career development opportunities as we undergo an ambitious redevelopment programme in 2012.
